Social Media Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager (SMM) to join our dynamic marketing team at TSL Home Decor. As an SMM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote our home decor products. Your expertise in social media platforms, content creation, and analytics will play a vital role in expanding our online presence and reaching our target audience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand objectives and target audience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maximize our social media presence.
Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content, including reels, posts, graphics, and videos, for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
Community Management: Manage and grow our social media communities by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful engagement. Monitor and address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Social Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach new audiences, and drive traffic to our website. Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights. Prepare regular reports and presentations to share social media performance, trends, and recommendations with the marketing team.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and bloggers in the home decor industry to promote our brand and products. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and track the success of influencer campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Design, and E-commerce, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated marketing campaigns. Contribute creative ideas and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends. Recommend innovative strategies and opportunities for growth based on industry developments and competitor analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:
1 year experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2 Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
3 Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
4 Strong written and verbal communication skills
5 Proficient in content creation and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva & similar)
6 Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics)
7 Familiarity with paid social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager)
8 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
9 Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
