Refund and Return Policy

At TSL Home Decor, we pack and ship our products mindfully and with care. In the unlikely event of you receiving a damaged/wrong product, here’s a guide to help you get to a satisfactory resolution:

  • Normally, you can expect your order to be delivered within 7-10 business days. If there is a delay in delivery for any reason, we provide a Tracking ID so that you can easily track your parcel.
  • To request a return or exchange, we kindly ask you to record a 360-degree opening video of the parcel. Please make sure the video clearly shows the parcel receipt and any damage or defects present. This video proof is necessary for us to assess your complaint and proceed with the appropriate solution. 
  • Within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, please share the video with us at support@tslhomedecor.com. It’s important to note that incomplete or fragmented unpacking videos cannot be considered for a replacement or exchange.
  • In the rare case that you have requested an exchange for a damaged, defective, or missing order and the same product is not available for replacement, we will credit the full amount to your TSL wallet. You can use this amount for your next purchase with us. Please understand that such situations are highly unlikely, and while we don’t offer refunds in these cases, we strive to provide fair compensation in the best way we can.
  • In case the product you’ve received is defective or damaged, you need to bear a nominal shipment cost of delivering the package back to us. Needless to mention, we send the exchanged item at our cost.
  • We do not accept returns/replacements in the case of handcrafted products like resin art, wooden art, or any other customized article, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Here are a few additional points to keep in mind: 

  • Orders are eligible for return/exchange only when all aforementioned conditions are met. 
  • We do not offer any return or exchange when you’ve received the right products(s) as shown in the reference image, without any defect/damage/missing parts. 
  • Take your time and ask your questions before confirming the order request. We do not accept cancellations, once the order has been placed. At TSL, we have a small team and an automated system of working, so once an order is confirmed, the curation/packing starts immediately for it to reach you within the promised timeframe.

Transparency window: We understand that sometimes our products might not fit your home aesthetics as expected. But, we expect your understanding in the fact that we especially curate pieces for every particular order, in order for you to have a custom, tailor-made experience. Our artisans put in a lot of hard work to make every single piece, which is why we are not in the position to offer returns/exchanges on the basis of liking, i.e. when you’ve received the right product(s) without any damage/defect/missing parts.
